Dubai Success Bundle provides digital products including Master License Rights (MLR) content, templates, guides, and professional resources designed for business success in the UAE market.

All products are delivered digitally via email and member portal access within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Products include lifetime access to purchased materials with no recurring fees, subject to these terms.

MLR products grant you the right to use, modify, and resell the digital content for commercial purposes within the scope defined in individual product licenses.

You may NOT claim original authorship, remove copyright notices, or transfer MLR rights to third parties without explicit written permission.

Permitted uses include: personal use, client projects, resale of modified content, and incorporation into commercial offerings.

Prohibited uses include: redistribution of source files as-is, selling or transferring MLR rights, and representing content as your original work.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and member portal access.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase processes.

You must comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations when using our products for commercial purposes.

You agree not to use products for illegal activities, spam, or any purpose that violates UAE cyber laws.

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to applicable UAE VAT at the current rate of 5%.

Payment is processed securely through authorized payment gateways compliant with UAE Central Bank regulations.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.

Digital products are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if you can demonstrate that the product is fundamentally different from its description or contains significant errors.

To request a refund, contact support@dubaisuccessbundle.shop with your order number and detailed explanation.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, subject to verification.

No refunds are provided after 7 days or if you have violated these Terms of Service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on dubaisuccessbundle.shop remain the property of Dubai Success Bundle unless otherwise specified in MLR licenses.

Your purchase grants you specific usage rights as defined in product licenses but does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software or digital products.

Copyright infringement claims should be reported to legal@dubaisuccessbundle.shop with detailed evidence.

Dubai Success Bundle provides digital products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts for any legal proceedings.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Your data is used solely for order processing, product delivery, and customer support purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Purchased digital products remain accessible for download for 90 days post-termination unless legally required otherwise.
